SHIPPING POLICY

All items are handmade to order, so please allow up to 7 days for orders to be fulfilled and shipped. 

Below are our shipping rates:

• USPS — $10.95 - 3-5 days

• USPS Priority — $24.00 - flat rate 1-3 days

International Shipping is not available at this time.
Other shipping options are available, please contact us prior to ordering.

PICK-UP POLICY

Delivery service is not available at this time. Pick-up of purchased items is available on Saturdays from 10:ooam-6:00pm for orders placed by 12:00pm Fridays. You will receive confirmation when your order is ready; and we request that you contact our store at 858-771-4926 to arrange a pickup time. Orders not picked up within 7 days of order will be considered abandoned and returned to stock.

Current clients and students reserve the option of pick-up at their next scheduled in-person appointment or class.

RETURNS POLICY:

Sales of personal care items are final and not eligible for return or exchange. This includes Blessing Sprays, Ritual Baths, Oils, and Herbs.

Spiritual tools and jewelry may be exchanged or refunded with return within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange the item must be unused, in original packaging, and undamaged.

Please note all items are hand crafted and no guarantee or warranty is offered. Jewelry items that require repair must be requested within 30 days of purchase, and will be repaired free of charge plus shipping.

If you feel you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours and we will work to make it right.
