CLASS PACKAGE POLICY:

All sales are final. Packages are only applicable to the specific series for which they are purchased. Refunds will not be issued for failure to attend/use all classes available within a package. Cancellations made 24 hours prior to class time will retain active credit and may be applied to another session within the same package type. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or received the day of the session and no-shows are not eligible for a refund or credit. A reschedule may be permitted under emergency situations at the discretion of Twilight Dawn Healing, LLC..

Participation in a subscription/auto payment agreement does not waive this cancellation policy. All remaining payments agreed upon remain due as agreed regardless of registration status.

Cancellation of any Session by Twilight Dawn Healing, LLC., for which payment has been received is eligible for a full refund within 10 days of notification of cancellation. You may also elect to apply the amount paid as a credit towards another class, event, or private session.

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP/SUBSCRIPTION POLICY:

You'll be billed the agreed upon amount at the interval listed in the description, and unused appointments will roll over. Password access to members only areas on the Twilight Dawn Healing Website Areas will be made available next business day via email. Please provide 30 days notice should you need or wish to cancel this plan. No refunds are available for membership/subscription plans, however unused amounts will remain on credit for 1 year from time of payment and may be applied to any class or product offered by Twilight Dawn Healing, LLC.

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY:

Gift Certificates do not expire, however it is preferred that they be used within one year. Upon purchase a code is generated and sent by email that can be applied when scheduling the associated session. All cancellation, scheduling, and refund policies are applicable to purchases made with gift certificates. Twilight Dawn Healing, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen codes and will not honor replacement requests. Gift Certificates are not eligible for refunds or credits for other products or services.
