Class + Event Policies.

 

CLASS + EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY:

Fees for classes and events are due at the time of registration. If you will be unable to attend a registered class or event a full refund will be available if you cancel registration 72 hours prior to the start time. Cancellations recieved 24 hours prior to start time will receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Cancellations received the day of the class or event and no shows are not eligible for a refund.

If you need to cancel a registration you may also elect to apply the amount paid as credit towards another offering or private session with a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the start time of the course or event.

Intensives, workshops, and multi- week events are eligible for a full refund if cancelled 10 days before of the start of the first course meeting. If cancelled within 9 days to 24 hours prior to the start of the first meeting a 50% refund applies. No refund is available if a cancellation or withdrawal is requested after the start of an intensive, workshop, or multi-week event.

Participation in a payment agreement does not waive this cancellation policy. All remaining payments agreed upon remain due as agreed regardless of registration status.

Cancellation of any Class or Event by Twilight Dawn Healing, LLC., for which payment has been received is eligible for a full refund within 10 days of notification of cancellation. You may also elect to apply the amount paid as a credit towards another class, event, or private session.

CLASS + EVENT CHECK-IN:

Classes and Events are sacred time for all participants. To respect the opportunity for everyone to receive the healing and education they seek, please be prompt. Classes and Events will begin timely, and late arrivals are disruptive. Participants who arrive more than 10 minutes late may be unable to join the course or activity and are not eligible to receive a refund.

CLASS PACKAGE POLICY:

All sales are final. Packages are only applicable to the specific series for which they are purchased. Refunds will not be issued for failure to attend/use all classes available within a package. Cancellations made 24 hours prior to class time will retain active credit and may be applied to another session within the same package type. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or received the day of the session and no-shows are not eligible for a refund or credit. A reschedule may be permitted under emergency situations at the discretion of Twilight Dawn Healing, LLC..

Participation in a subscription/auto payment agreement does not waive this cancellation policy. All remaining payments agreed upon remain due as agreed regardless of registration status.
