Appointment Policies.

 

SESSION CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please be advised that sessions are conducted in a private residence in a second floor room. Cats are present in the home, but do not have access to treatment area.

This sacred time is set aside especially for you, please provide a minimum of 24 hours advance notice if you will be unable to make your appointment. Cancellations outside the 24 hour window will activate a charge of a $25.00 fee automatically. Cancellations received the day of the session and no-shows are not eligible for a refund. A reschedule may be permitted under emergency situations at the discretion of Twilight Dawn Healing, LLC..

If you need to cancel an appointment you may also elect to apply the amount paid as credit towards another offering, event, or class with a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the start time of the session.

Cancellation of any Session by Twilight Dawn Healing, LLC., for which payment has been received is eligible for a full refund within 10 days of notification of cancellation. You may also elect to apply the amount paid as a credit towards another class, event, or private session.

SESSION CHECK-IN:

Sessions are sacred time set aside for you, and scheduling often does not allow for appointments that run late. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your start time your appointment may be cancelled, and you will not eligible to receive a refund. SESSION PACKAGE POLICY:

Packages must be used within one year of purchase. Cancellations made 24 hours prior to appointment time will retain active credit and may be applied to another session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or received the day of the session and no-shows are not eligible for a refund. A reschedule may be permitted under emergency situations at the discretion of Twilight Dawn Healing, LLC..

Participation in a subscription/auto payment agreement does not waive this cancellation policy. All remaining payments agreed upon remain due as agreed regardless of registration status.

AFFINITY DISCOUNT POLICY:

Membership in the group associated with discount code is required for appointment participant and will be verified. If code is used improperly, booking will be voided and a refund will not be given. Use of any of these codes constitutes agreement to these terms as set forth by Twilight Dawn Healing, LLC. Availability of such codes are made at the discretion of and may be cancelled at any time by Twilight Dawn Healing, LLC.
